Fatima Sheikh : A Woman Who Made Women's History But Present Women Forgot Her.
India's First Muslim Women Teacher Fatima Sheikh ,Today Her 191st Birthday
Let's remember Her
Her contribution to the country and to the women of the country
She was also a teacher and social reformer.
She used to do social service work with Jotibarao Phule and Savitri Bai Phule.
Mahatma Phule along with Savitri Bai and Fatima Sheikh taught Dalit women and children
Phule's efforts to provide educational opportunities to those born in the lower castes of India came to be known as the Satyashodhak Samaj (Satyashodhak Samaj) movement.
And in this movemant, Fatima Sheikh played a big role in the education of the children of the lower classes. She went from door to door to provide information about the Satyashodhak Samaj Movement.
In that era where women's education was like a sin, at that time Savitri Bai and Fatima Sheikh had studied themselves and taught others.
And today even after so many years, the education rate of women is less than that of men.
I salute all those teachers who put education above religion. Education will give us bread, religion will give us alms.
